I don't even know what to say about this story. It turned into something I wasn't expecting, and also longer. Don't get me wrong, it's a fuckton of sex, but I wrote something in there that is an important theme in a lot of my books. I just haven't ever written the theme in the way I did in this book. Because of this, the book was more draining to write than I expected, yet I think it's better for it.
I usually send my newsletters on Tuesday, but I asked the hubby to make me take a day off when the story was done. Yesterday, he told me if I tried to work, he'd change the WIFI password. I wasn't expecting the WIFI threat. It was very effective. 😆
So after a day of relaxing and doing zero work, I'm feeling a lot more refreshed and I'm turning my attention to getting Enticed by Desire ready for my next BDSM release.
Enticed by Desire still isn't up for preorder and it's totally my fault. Hank's a trooper and doing great work on it, but as soon as I could tell Her Freeuse Escape was taking a lot of mental energy, I wanted to wait on the preorder incase I needed more downtime than expected.
I've heard from a couple people who are looking forward to this because they're fans of both me and Hank (Drake Storm), and I can tell you that the story is better than what I wrote on my own. That's the glory of collaborations like this. And the preorder will be up soon.
